Shipping Timeline

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, typical delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 5-7 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 7-10 business days
  • Rural/remote areas: 10-14 business days

These are standard timelines; some areas may take longer during festivals or peak seasons.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders follow the same delivery timeline. COD charges (if applicable) are collected by the courier at delivery.

Orders below ₹999 incur standard shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight.

COD Charges

  3. Select Tracking to view real-time status

You can track:

  • Shipment dispatch details and AWB (tracking number)
  • Real-time location and transit updates
  • Expected delivery date
  • Delivery confirmation

Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the standard timeline, please check your tracking status. If there's an issue, contact our support via contact page.

Damaged or Lost Package

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately with photos/tracking proof. We'll initiate a replacement or refund.

Undelivered Package

If your courier couldn't deliver the package (customer not available), the package will be returned to us. We'll reach out to schedule re-delivery or arrange a refund.
