Is your jewellery real silver?
Yes. All our products are 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) unless otherwise specified.
What is 925 sterling silver?
It contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for durability. This is the international standard for quality silver jewellery.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery on select locations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹999 get free shipping. For detailed shipping info, see Shipping & Delivery.
What if payment fails?
If a payment is pending for >24 hours, we automatically refund it. Try again with valid details.
Shipping & Returns
How can I track my order?
Go to My Orders and click Tracking on your order.
How do I return an item?
Click "Request Return" in your order. See Returns & Exchange for full policy details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, request a return instead.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. You'll get a reset link via email (valid for 30 minutes).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption and Razorpay's secure gateway. Card details are never stored on our servers.
System & Performance
"Too many requests" error. What now?
Wait a few minutes and try again. Rate limiting protects our system. Normal usage won't trigger this.
The website is slow. Is there a problem?
Try clearing your browser cache or refreshing. If it persists, contact support. We monitor performance continuously.
