Return Policy
Return Window
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery. The return window is calculated from the delivery date, not the order date.
Eligibility Requirements
Your item is eligible for return if it meets ALL of these conditions:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- All tags and labels are attached
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Custom or engraved items are only returnable if defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, but can be exchanged if defective:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items without original packaging
- Custom/personalized pieces (unless defective)
- Items returned after 7 days
How to Request a Return
- Go to My Orders
- Find the order you want to return
- Click the Request Return button
- Select the items and reason for return
- Submit your request (our team reviews within 24 hours)
Refund Process
Return Approval
After you request a return, our admin team reviews your request within 24 hours. You'll receive an approval confirmation via email with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Once approved, we provide return shipping instructions. In most cases, you'll use the return shipping label provided or drop off at a nearby courier center. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.
Quality Inspection
When we receive your return, we inspect the item to verify it meets return requirements (unused, original packaging, no damage). This takes 2-3 business days.
Refund Timeline
After approval:
- Razorpay/Card payments: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to your card/bank account
- UPI/Wallet payments: Refund within 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days (you'll need to provide bank details)
Refund times may vary based on your bank's processing speed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days in total.
Partial Refunds
If you return defective or damaged items, the refund is full. If the item doesn't meet return conditions, we may deduct a restocking fee (typically 10-15% of item value).
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order before shipment by visiting your order in My Orders and clicking the Cancel button. Refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once your order is shipped, you cannot cancel it directly. Instead, you can request a return once it's delivered (within 7 days). Follow the return process above.
Exchange
Product Exchange
If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer free exchange. Submit a return request with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement once we receive and inspect the defective item.
Size/Design Exchange
If you want to exchange for a different size or design (not defective), you can process it as a return and place a new order. Return shipping would apply in this case.
